On Monday September 18th, 2023 several Habitat board members were on hand to witness the 32nd groundbreaking for a Habitat home. Stephanie Phelps and her two children, Arai and Amere, will be partnering with Habitat on this 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. This house will be built on newly acquired property located on Brasfield St. in Dyersburg, TN.
